		<description>I would disagree with Bakersfield as being the armpit of CA. If you said Compton, or Riverside, El Centro or even Fresno, I would agree. But Bakersfield?? Were an hour away from everything there is to do, from hiking in the canyon, River rafting in the Kern river, skiing at Alta Sierra, camping in Kernville and were only an hour an 10 minutes away from LA. I lived in CT for 29 years and have been to 45 states in the US, even visited FiJi, Australia, Puerto Rico and Canada.. I like Bako, just wish the winters were as warm as the summers!!</description>
